1. Spiral at Sofitel
Known as one of the most popular hotel buffets in the Philippines, Spiral has 21 ateliers open for their buffet.
Since Sofitel is a French hotel brand, Spiral prides itself in being an international buffet with a significant French influence.
The restaurant’s main breakfast attraction is a special station called L’Epicerie. Here, you’ll find different cold cuts and deli meats, which you can pair with any cheese of your choice.
Our favorite is brie, which is soft cow’s-milk cheese. It’s best paired with a small piece of bread and honey. 🙂 Make sure to allot ample time for their cheese room.
Others praise the restaurant’s dim sum and chicken rice for their morning meal.

The restaurant’s eight live cooking stations offer Asian, Mediterranean, European, and Western meals. It’s a great restaurant to be when you’re craving to travel the world through your palate.

4. Kusina Sea Kitchens at Hilton Manila
My loved ones and I have always loved Hilton. So it’s no secret why the hotel’s restaurant is included in this list of best breakfast places in Manila.
If you’re craving for a hot noodle soup in the morning, the hotel’s Kusina Sea Kitchens offers tons of varieties. They have beef noodle soup or congee with century egg to soothe your soul.
It also has a charcuterie section complete with different types of cold cuts and cheese.
My favorite (and also Mirai’s) is Hilton Manila’s pain au chocolat. It’s perfectly flaky on the outside, yet deliciously moist instead.
Remember to get one (or three) when you stay there and thank us later. 🙂
Service at Hilton properties is also always impeccable. Based from personal experience, they try to accommodate their guests to the best they can.
For example, we requested soy milk for our hot chocolate drink, and they gladly obliged.
It’s a highly recommended breakfast buffet in Manila at the top of our list.

In addition to the restaurant’s diverse cuisine, guests also love their pastry bar. It had an assortment of local favorites as well as Western baked food.
